This program is designed to be completed three times per week. Each week is organized into clear sections for your convenience. You will begin with a weekly Program Overview, which outlines the warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs. All workouts are accompanied by instructional videos filmed by our team to guide you through proper technique. This training plan is divided to follow the progression of your running program. This program can be used through this website or through our app: https://kneedeepfitness.replit.app/. When you sign up online, you will receive an access code to access the program through the web browser app. The app features videos and an integrated tracking sheet for user convenience.
