Meet The Kin

Camille Fraser
BCAK member, Kinesiologist
I am a fully anglophone French Canadian from Ottawa.
I graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. There, I learned to love the complexity of the human body movement and the effect sedentary behaviour has on a person’s physical and mental health.
This drove my love for helping others with their physical health journey. No matter if you are starting out at the gym, are coming back from an injury, are looking to improve your posture, are looking for motivation and accountability or are striving to hit a PR for your next race, I am excited to help.
I can also help you adjust your office space to your needs in order for you to be more productive and comfortable at work.
I am all over the map when it comes to how I spend my downtime. My hobby is trying different sports, like canoeing, burro racing, running and orienteering through endurance races. By constantly challenging myself throughout the years, I have collected tools to make you more confident in new environments when it comes to physical activity.
Meet The Physio

Saskia Steiner
Physiotherapist
I graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. With a strong foundation in both clinical expertise and academic achievement, I am committed to delivering evidence-based care to a diverse range of clients. Motivated by a passion for empowering others, I became a physiotherapist to share her knowledge and help individuals maintain the functionality required to continue enjoying the activities they love.
I have experience treating various populations, including post-surgical patients, athletes, and older adults. I take a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, designing treatment plans that not only address pain and injury but also enhance movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and overall function.
In addition, I specialize in the assessment, treatment, and management of pelvic health conditions. With a particular focus on women’s health, I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to address concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and sexual health issues. My approach empowers women of all ages, from postpartum recovery to menopause, to achieve optimal pelvic floor function and overall wellness.
Outside of my clinical practice, I have a passion for outdoor activities and understand the importance of maintaining a strong, mobile, and resilient body. When I'm not working with clients, I can be found skiing, biking, running, or practicing aerial silks—activities that further fuel my commitment to promoting physical health and wellness.
Our Clients
Our clients live in Fernie and Surrounding areas and are of all ages and abilities.
Their goals range from finding motivation again to training for an epic race to rehabbing their injuries.
Ps. if you have a kiddo, they can tag along :)
