This gentle yet effective program is tailored for women experiencing mild pelvic discomfort or mild urinary incontinence, and is suitable for those without diastasis recti (DRA). Led by our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and our Kinesiologist, each 30-minute session is crafted to fit your busy schedule and is delivered twice a week, ensuring you can rebuild your fitness safely and sustainably. The program focuses on restoring core stability, pelvic floor strength, and lower body power, all essential for confident, pain-free skiing. You’ll benefit from targeted exercises, mobility drills, and balance work, with modifications to accommodate your unique postpartum needs. Beyond physical training, you’ll receive expert guidance on managing postpartum symptoms, injury prevention, and gradual progression back to high-impact activities.
